Koreng has been the volunteer mayor of the municipality of Neverin near Neubrandenburg since November 2025. She was 30 years old when she assumed office. The podcast discusses, among other things, how she combines this volunteer role with her profession as a nurse, how she wants to further develop the municipality, and how social cohesion can be strengthened.
